The item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.
Opened or used cat litter cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe return of the item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund.
