Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the plan and frequency you select at checkout.
– You authorise us (and our payment provider) to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal unless you cancel in line with this policy.
– Your payment information is stored securely by our payment provider, not on our servers.
– Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the term (if applicable).
Cancellation / Changes
– If you do not want to renew your subscription, you can cancel it.
– You can change or cancel your subscription at any time after the 2nd month of the subscription (i.e. from the start of month 3).
– Your order confirmation email contains a link to manage your subscription. You can use it to update, pause, or cancel (where available).
Important note about fulfilment
– Once an order has been fulfilled/processed for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled.
